Hello again,

In honour of having turned 23 this year (January 31st - I know it passed a while ago, thank you) I thought I would share my favourite goodies under $23! This list will include beauty products, home deco, clothes, and more. These are products that I've really been enjoying and the best part is they're reasonably priced (all prices in CAD unless otherwise stated) so you can splurge out and not feel guilty!

I love to online shop so most of the items that you see on this list have been bought online and I have provided links so that you can get purchase these products for yourself. Unfortunately, I do love a good deal which means outlet shopping so some of these products I couldn't find online for purchase but I have noted where I've purchased the item. Keep reading if you're looking for your next shopping spree!

P.S... read until the end, there's a bonus (it's hella worth it)!

P.P.S... none of these are sponsored (obviously).

1. Saltwater Taffy Candle from DW Homes - $15.72

GUYS!!! Let me tell you about this candle. This candle really passed my expectations and deserves to be first on the list. I love sweet smelling candles so when I found this little gem at Winners I was beyond happy. The candles are hand poured and branded as "richly scented" and they are 100% accurate. The candle releases a strong sweet smelling odour even when it's not lit so once it is, it can easily fill a room. It doesn't hurt that I absolutely love eating saltwater taffy so this purchase was an easy tap of the card for me. Get it at Winners, or you can order on their website by clicking the picture below (make sure to switch to the correct currency as the default is USD).

How cute is this little jar?! Bonus points for being pink!

2. Shea Butter Leave-In Conditioning Repair Cream from Cantu - $17.00

This is another product that I have to say completely COMPLETELY exceeded my expectations. This product has been around for a while, but I have only recently discovered it. I have been trying to find the best product for my curly, dry, and damaged hair and this cream is it! For such a great price, this cream gave my hair the bounce back in it's step. My hair feels healthier and the curls are more tight and defined. I use this product after showering and towel drying my hair. Directions are to apply a generous amount to damp hair and work towards roots, then comb through. I definitely recommend trying this product to see if it's right for you (if not - it could be right for someone close to you). Although Cantu does not offer products for purchase on their website, I purchased mine through Amazon Prime and you can get yours by clicking the picture!

I'm not lying when I tell you this cream is magic. Even my boyfriend commented on how great my curls were looking!

3. Thin Strap Tank Top from Dynamite - $19.95

I absolutely love this tank top! It's double lined so it's supportive and flattering, and the thickness means your bra won't show. They come in black and white and I own two of each! These tank tops are perfect for the office if paired with a blazer, making for a chic business casual outfit. They are also great for a night out, looking super cute paired with high waisted shorts. I'm telling you guys, these tank tops are a staple in your closet! Click the awkward mirror picture of me to open it on Dynamite's website.

Sorry not sorry for how dirty my mirror is.. and for my blurry double chin.

4. Pink Enamel Key Ring from Kate Spade - $16.56

The class and simplicity of Kate Spade's products are some of the reasons why it's one of my favourite brands. I am a big fan of her purses and backpacks, owning a few pieces myself. However there is a hefty price tag on these high-end products. I can't afford the regular priced merchandise but I do love splurging when I come across a Kate Spade outlet store. You can find the outlet store in malls like Vaughan Mills, Toronto Premium Outlets, Niagara Outlet, and more. My most recent purchase was a pink keychain that I fell in love with. It adds a pop of colour to my keys and is so cute beside my boyfriend's name engraved on a leather keychain. By clicking on the photo below, you can find the same keychain online at Tradesy for approx. $40 or you can take a day trip to the outlet store of your choosing to find it for cheaper (make sure they have Kate Spade there as not all of them do).

How cute!! This keychain retails for $69 but I got it for only $17!

5. Barefoot In Barcelona Nail Polish from OPI - $6.99

We all know OPI has great quality nail polish with some amazing colours. That's why I couldn't help but purchase a number of them when I saw them at Winners for a discounted price! This one has been my favourite so far, being a beautiful neutral shade that goes with everything and isn't too overpowering. I highly recommend checking your local Winners to see what selection of OPI nail polishes they have - but wait until you finish this list, because Winners comes up a few times so you might as well make one trip out of it and buy everything!

A classy and cute colour that's perfect for the summer!

6. Dry Shampoo from Batiste - $12.99

By now I'm sure you guys know what dry shampoo is, but if not, it's a hair spray that will make your hair fresh as new. If you've had a busy couple days and haven't had the chance to shower, or if you did your hair and want to make it last a few days, or if you're prone to greasy hair... IDK why, I'm not judging, but for whatever reason your hair is greasy use this spray and it will soak up all the oils in your hair! Make sure to spray about an arm's length away and then pat it into your hair. They have a variety of scents and tinted sprays (volumizing, brunette, tropical, rose gold, cherry, and more) so you'll definitely be able to find something that works for you. I love the tropical scent for summer months and have gotten complimented on the smell of my hair numerous times when wearing it! I purchased mine from Winners for a great price, but they are also sold at Walmart.

Absolutely love this stuff! They have various sizes (from travel to large) for all your needs!

7. Shampoo/Conditioner from Maui Moisture - $9.97

This set of hair products is soooo good! I have recommended this brand to my friends and they've come back to me telling me they love the stuff. Maui Moisture has different lines targeting common hair problems. My preference is the green bottle which is used to thicken and restore and also includes bamboo fibres. Unlike many shampoos/conditioners out there, this brand is silicone, gluten, and paraben free. My hair felt amazing after the first time using these products and I've loved them ever since! They are definitely a common purchase for my bathroom. You can buy them at Walmart (click the pic), I've also seen them at Winners - but they don't last long there!

The shampoo/conditioner set will beat almost any pair you currently have in your bathroom!

8. Waterless Shave Gel from Busy Beauty - $11.95 USD

No word of a lie, this stuff actually works!! Now you can shave your legs without water, razor bumps, or regret! Getting ready just got so much faster. Along with the awesome shaving gel, they also have dry shampoo/conditioner and body wipes. Talk about a waterless shower! I purchased a pack of two for $30 on Amazon, but with a little digging (searching the company online), I found their website sells individuals - but you'll probably want the two pack. The prices are in USD so depending on the exchange rate, this product is approx. $15 CAD before taxes and shipping. Let me know in the comments if you love this product as much as I do!! Click the photo below to purchase yours today!

This stuff works wonders! Perfect for a lazy day.

9. Paddle Hairbrush from The Body Shop - $14.00

I didn't think too much before making this purchase. I needed a new hairbrush and I was willing to buy anything I found on Amazon Prime that caught my attention. I purchased this Body Shop hairbrush because I recognized the name and the reviews were great, and oh boy were the reviews right. My mother, friends, and I collectively agree that this is a great hairbrush. I own the square shaped brush but it does also come in oval. You can click the photo below to get yours through The Body Shop's website.

This brush does my curly hair justice! Love it.

10. POREfessional Face Primer from Benefit Cosmetics - $18.00

There are a lot of face primers out there that are good but this one is my current fav! It glides on so smooth and really does make my pores disappear. This is a common staple in the beauty world and has also become a staple in mine. I buy the mini size since I don't wear makeup too often so a little goes a long way. Since this is an amazing product from a high-end brand, you can imagine that it's gonna be a little expensive (big size retails for $72). I recommend trying out the small size and seeing if it works for you.

Love how this looks and feels on my face! The mini is such a convenient travel size.

11. Hydro5 Sense Sensitive Mens Razor from Schick - $10.98

Yes, you read that right, men's razors. They just don't make women's razors as good as they do men's. And your girl is Arab, so you already know that I have some thick dark hair. I love this razor because it's great for sensitive skin which minimizes the amount of razor bumps I get. It also has a changeable razor blade head, which allows you to switch out old blades. I have been using the same razor for so long! Whenever I find a good deal on a pack of razor blades I always stock up. Definitely a must-have in my bathroom!

This razor definitely does justice to my thick Arab hair.

12. Chubby Lash Fattening Mascara from Clinique - $23.00

I LOVE this mascara. I tend to reach for mascaras that are thin and pokey (I believe these are called volumizing mascaras) because I love how they separate my 10 lashes to make them look like 50 lashes. I found this mascara at a makeup warehouse sale that was happening at Markham Fair Grounds but you can purchase it at multiple different companies/websites (Clinique, Sephora, The Bay, etc).

My current go-to mascara! It does wonders to my lashes.

13. Simply Fit Board from Simply Fit - $19.99

Looking for a new easy way to work out? Look no further! I bought this board because I am a lazy person who will never be able to find enough motivation to go to the gym. I like to use it when I feel like I've been a couch potato watching Netflix for too long. It's absolutely perfect for me because I can continue to watch Netflix as I'm working out and not feel guilty. FYI, if you are interested in getting the board - I bought mine on Showcase (the store with all the newest trends) for cheaper than advertised on the Simply Fit website.

This board was made for the person who is lazy af and hates working out (me)!

14. Nordic Mug from David's Tea - $23.00

I was gifted this mug for Christmas 2018 and I love it! I didn't even know mugs with a lid and a loose leaf canister existed until this one was given to me and man, I am not going back to old mugs. This mug will keep your coffee/tea warm with the lid and is so easy to clean if you're drinking loose leaf tea (will not work with coffee grounds)! I love to use this mug when I'm lounging at home and craving a nice hot cup of tea.

How cute?! Mine is Christmas themed but I'm looking for a cute pink summer mug for iced teas!

15. Acrylic Cotton Ball/Swab Holder from Kryllic - $12.99

This made it on the list because it organizes some of my bathroom essentials in a stackable container. The container is exactly as advertised and gets the job done, for a reasonable price. I put cotton squares in one box and q tips in the other and can leave it on the counter without it taking up too much space. I purchased it through Amazon Prime and linked the product's webpage in the photo below.

It's perfect for your bathroom or makeup counter!

16. Beauty on the Fly Bag from Sephora - $5.95

A Sephora Collection bag that is perfect for travelling! The reason I purchased this was because I was purchasing something else and wanted free shipping. I was $5.00 away so I thought I would find the cheapest thing I could that I would want/use. This bag is hella cute and I use it for my makeup and bathroom accessories when I travel.

Simple, cute, and fits everything I need it to when travelling.

17. Shoe Pourri Deodorizer from PooPourri - $18.95

This is awesome because it actually works. I'm not gonna lie to you and tell you that feet don't smell, we all know they do.. don't be that jerk that takes off their shoes in public and their feet staaank. I bought this because their other product, PooPourri (a spray you use before you use the washroom that makes everything smell like roses.. seriously), worked so well. It's easy to use, depending on how bad your shoes smell you just spray it a bunch of times. It's good for a few wears before you need to repeat the process.

They use essential oils to kick the smell and it actually works!

18. Plastic Hard Case and Keyboard Cover for Macbook from Lykoko - $19.99

This is a suuuuper cute case for my laptop. I purchased this from a random vendor through Amazon Prime and for the price, I'm absolutely in love with it. It's a smooth, matte case that has a pop of pink and gold, and is just so cute, I honestly don't have other words for it hahaha.

I was looking for something different from my completely pink one, and this one was perfect. Simple, cute, and has pink in it!

19. Weekly Planner Notepad from Peachly - $17.99

This weekly planner is great because it tears off week by week so you can just rip it and start a fresh new page. It fits everything you need it to day-by-day and has a few features like water intake counter, to do list, and the colour of the sheets rotate between pink and green! I use this notepad and the iPhone calendar app to keep track of all the shit that I've got going on (which isn't much). Yes, this was also bought on Amazon Prime and no, this post is not sponsored by Amazon Prime.

This is the pink page. Click to find out more of the features it has on each page!

20. Pink Sugar from Aquolina - $19.99

I have always been a fan of this perfume but never went out of my way to purchase it. One of my friends has actually been using this scent for years. Until I was at Rexall once and they had a smaller size bottle. It's the perfect size to carry in my purses/backpacks and I got it for a great price too. This scent is so sweet, girly, and smells like candy. Fair warning though, it may be too strong and sweet smelling for some.

Always smell sweet, like the sweetheart you are.

21. Pack of 3 Car Vent Air Freshners from Febreze - $8.49

I love to stock up on these fresheners. I buy them through Amazon Prime in packs of 3 and in the scent Hawaiian Aloha. They're not as distracting as the ones that hang down from the rear view mirror and they also have a powerful scent. This is just something small I buy for my car to keep it smelling nice and fresh but most importantly so that when I close my eyes I can pretend I'm on vacation.

Let's just take a quick vacay to Hawaii.

22. Satin Care Sensitive Skin Shave Gel from Gillette - $2.97

You guys already know that I love to use products for sensitive skin when shaving so it only makes sense that I reach for this bottle above others. I've been using it for a while so I really liked when they switched to rust free cans. I also like that they have aloe vera in them, makes for softer, smoother skin.

This has been my go-to for a while, should probably switch it up soon!

23. Pack of 3 Disinfecting Wipes from Lysol - $11.49

These are on the list because they're hella convenient and what I reach for when I need to clean. I love that it comes with three bottles because I keep one in my car, bathroom, and kitchen. You probably already have this product at home, so I don't know if there's too much left to say here other than they're good wipes and they're a classic cleaning product. Also, I like the citrus smelling ones.

Great and convenient for cleaning (when I feel like it).

BUT WAIT!!! THERE'S A BONUS

24. PFB Vanish™ + Chromabright™ Skin Lightener & Bump Fighter from PFB Vanish - $29.99

I know this list is limited to $23, but I just needed to include this product in it. This is an amazing product and the people need to know!!! This is another product that I got my friend hooked on, because guys.. it's amazing. It fights razor bumps realllllly well, and not only that but it also lightens dark spots. I roll this all over the areas of my body that get bumps and they significantly minimize them! RECOMMMMEND!!!

I LOVE this stuff. Definitely worth trying if you're prone to razor bumps!

And that's all for now folks.

If you guys enjoy the same products I do or if you have other go-to products, let me know in the comments, I'd love to hear from you guys.

Stay tuned for the next post!

Much love,

Crystal
